    Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a therapeutic approach that integrates hypnotherapy, cognitive behavioral techniques, and neuro linguistic programming. Developed by Marisa Peer over three decades of clinical work, it is designed to create fast, lasting change by working directly with the subconscious mind.

  • How It Works

    We begin with a focused conversation to clarify what you want to shift and what has felt stuck.

    Your RTT session lasts approximately two hours. During this time, you enter a deeply relaxed state that allows access to the subconscious mind. You remain aware and in control the entire time.

    Together, we trace the origin of the belief or pattern that has been running beneath the surface. Once identified, we reframe it and install new, empowering suggestions aligned with your goals.

    After the session, you receive a personalized transformational recording. You will listen to this daily for 21 days. This repetition helps solidify new neural pathways and reinforce the changes made during your session.

    You can think of the session as removing the roots of an old belief, and the recording as strengthening the foundation of the new one.

    How long are sessions?

    Each Rapid Transformational Therapy session lasts between 90-120 minutes. For this reason I ask that you block off two hours on your calendar.

    What does Hypnosis feel like?

    Most people experience hypnosis as deep relaxation. Some feel light, some feel grounded, some feel slightly sleepy. The experience varies, but the depth of relaxation is not directly linked to effectiveness. The process works regardless of the sensation.

    Can I get “stuck” in hypnosis?

    No. You are aware the entire time. You can speak, move, or open your eyes whenever you choose. Hypnosis is a natural state that we enter daily while driving a familiar route, watching television, or scrolling on our phones.

    How does it actually create change?

    Hypnosis allows access to the subconscious mind, which runs the majority of our automatic thoughts and behaviors. When we identify and reframe limiting beliefs at this level, we can replace them with beliefs that support growth and expansion. This is where meaningful change occurs.

    What if I don’t “go deep” enough?

    Results are not determined by how “deep” you feel you go. Even lighter states of hypnosis allow access to important memories and belief systems. Trust the process.

    What if I already know why I struggle?

    Insight is powerful, but often incomplete. RTT allows you to experience past events from a new perspective, which changes their emotional charge and meaning. That shift is what creates transformation.

    What if I access painful memories?

    If difficult memories arise, you are observing them from a safe, supported state. You are not reliving them. My role is to guide you with care and ensure you feel grounded throughout the process.

    When will I see results?

    There are 3 types of change from Rapid Transformational Therapy - every person is different:

    3. Retroactive: You realize later that your reactions and patterns have shifted without force.

    Will I need more than one session?

    Some issues resolve in a single session. Others may require additional work depending on their depth and complexity. Many clients continue with coaching to integrate changes and build new habits that align with their updated identity.
